To note that TBY Finance, HR, Procurement, PMO and Production depts are approve for AVD rollout scope.  

Any new user from this dept who request PC/Laptop will follow the AVD procedures :

1. Advice user to apply access in IDM for the entitled access group. (refer attachment point 3 for details.) 
    - Get HOD approval in IDM
    - Get Tech Support Manager approval
2. To arrange to issue AVD thin client (*by default desktop mobile thin client to be issue. Mobile thin client can be issue only user is able to ensure the thin client is kept secure all the time).
3. For Production dept (all non NCB building users), users need to provide their network port to be used at work location and coordinate a port opening task with IT Network team. 

** Note1: AVD thin client can only used at network port that is registered/allowed by Network team. 
** Note2 : If user need to work from home, to arrange fill up a Telecommuting Agreement Form

** Note3 : AVD client can also be issued to all new TBY employees if no PC hardware are available.
