Please use Microsoft Egde or Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for better usability.
It is confirmed that Freshservice is not supported in IE anymore. The site would still load, but if there are any issues, Freshservice support does not have the ability to troubleshoot or they don't have any plans to fix the same.
