Note 1: If user are working in the company network or WFH via VPN access, Password is changed by login into IDM system in the webcentre portal. However, if user is working from home but do not have VPN link, he/she can change password  by following steps : 

Note 2: For user who has internet with 2FA access to SCM email, they can click on forget password when responding to MS Azure authentication. (refer guide via URL : https://servicedesk.sembmarine.com/support/solutions/articles/15000057558)  


Procedure for Password Change outside SCM Network


1. Open Internet Browser and key in URL address:

https://oim-sembmarine.msappproxy.net/identity

 

2. You will need to key in your email credential and go through the Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) process (if you cannot access this link, please raise a incident ticket to request for assistance to get access)


 

3. Once successful login, you will be brought to IDM SelfService Page

For IDM SelfService login, to use the “username” without @sembmarine.com

Eg. wisman.anderson

 

 

4. After login, you will need to click “My Information”


5. Scroll down to “Change Password” section

6. Click “Apply” to save the password change

Do allow sometime for the process to fully synchronize the new password changes to all servers including O365 Email access.
